By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Booking Confirmation email ("Booking Confirmation"). These documents collectively govern the legal terms and conditions under which we provide Travel Services to you through our platform.
SCOPE OF TERMS
These Terms cover all interactions and communications between you and Marmara Travel Services, including but not limited to booking Travel Services, using our website, and engaging with our customer support team.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of our website and services is contingent upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By booking a Travel Service or using our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using our website and services and not book any Travel Services.

Welcome to Marmara Travel. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By using our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Marmara Travel.
"Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity booking our services.
"Services" refers to all travel-related services provided by Marmara Travel.
"Tour" refers to any travel package, safari, or excursion offered by us.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email confirmation)
- A deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is required before travel commencement
- Bookings are subject to availability
2.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: 30% of total cost required upon booking
- Balance: Due 30 days before departure
- Late Payments: May result in booking cancellation
- Accepted Payments: Bank transfer, credit card, or cash (in person)
2.3 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
- Price increases due to currency fluctuations or government taxes may apply
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 60 days: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 30-60 days: 50% refund
- 15-30 days: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
3.2 Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances
- Full refund provided if we cancel your tour
- We are not liable for consequential losses
3.3 Force Majeure
- No refund for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Includes: natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, etc.
4. Travel Documentation
4.1 Passport and Visa Requirements
- Valid passport required (minimum 6 months validity)
- Visa requirements are customer's responsibility
- We can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval
4.2 Health Requirements
- Yellow fever vaccination may be required
- Customers should consult their doctor for health advice
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
5. During Your Tour
5.1 Itinerary Changes
- Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, or local circumstances
- We will provide suitable alternatives when possible
- No compensation for minor itinerary changes
5.2 Accommodation
- Accommodation is as specified or similar standard
- Room allocation is at the discretion of accommodation providers
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed
5.3 Transportation
- All transportation is included as specified in your itinerary
- Vehicle type may vary based on group size and availability
- Flight schedules may change; we are not responsible for delays
6. Behavior and Conduct
6.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Respect local customs and wildlife
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Arrive punctually for scheduled activities
- Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour
6.2 Grounds for Dismissal
- Inappropriate behavior may result in tour termination
- No refund provided for tour termination due to misconduct
- Customer responsible for return travel costs
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Company Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property
- We maintain professional indemnity insurance
7.2 Customer Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings
- Customer responsible for verifying coverage adequacy
7.3 Activity Risks
- Some activities involve inherent risks
- Participation is at customer's own risk
- Age and fitness restrictions may apply
8. Wildlife and Safari Terms
8.1 Wildlife Viewing
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
- Best efforts made to maximize viewing opportunities
- Seasonal migrations affect wildlife locations
8.2 Park Regulations
- All national park rules must be followed
- Photography restrictions may apply
- Additional park fees may be required
8.3 Safety Guidelines
- Remain in vehicles unless specifically permitted
- Do not approach or feed wildlife
- Follow guide instructions for safety
9. Complaints and Disputes
9.1 During Travel
- Report issues immediately to your guide or our office
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems
- Document issues for potential future reference
9.2 Post-Travel Complaints
- Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days
- Include relevant documentation and evidence
- We will investigate and respond within 14 days
9.3 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation
- Mediation may be suggested for unresolved issues
- Tanzania law governs these terms
